At Prom4Less, we are a retail store that special orders gowns from our designers and manufacturers specifically for our customers. Please review the shipping timeline below before placing your order.

Most gowns are special ordered after your purchase is placed. Please allow approximately 7–9 business days for your gown to arrive at Prom4Less from the designer.
Once your gown arrives at our location, we will prepare and ship your order to you. Please allow approximately 3 additional business days for shipping within the United States.
Estimated total timeframe: 10–12 business days from the time your order is placed, excluding weekends, holidays, and any unexpected delays from the designer or shipping carrier.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on designer availability, order processing, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Prom4Less currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
